Our Refund Policy

Lionesse Hong Kong is committed to creating a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the products purchased, we are happy to offer refund with 7 days from date of purchase for unused / unopened product.

Local Shipping FAQ


  1. Where is your self-collection located at?
    Our warehouse is located at 203 Henderson Road, #04-05, Singapore 159546 and is available via appointment only. For more information, please drop us a message here!
  2. Will I have to sign for my package?
    Yes. There will be a proof of delivery document for you, or the authorized/intended recipient to sign upon the delivery of the parcel.
  3. What if I am not home when my package arrives?
    Our local service courier provider – Roadbull, will do their best within all reasonable means to reach you before delivery. Should no one be available to sign on behalf of you, an email will be sent to you to re-arrange delivery at no cost. Additional costs will occur after two unsuccessful delivery attempts.
  4. What is the delivery day / time?
    Delivery days are from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 10pm.
  5. I’ve just placed my order and is it possible to amend my shipping address?
    If you have finished placing your order, please drop us a message or give us a call at (+65) 6258 9203 and we will do our best to modify your order. If more than two hours have passed, chances are good that your order has been packed and shipping is in progress. In either case, please contact us for further assistance as soon as possible.
  6. My items have yet to arrive. What should I do?
    Normally, you should receive your parcel within 1-3 business days. In the event like this, please drop us a message here or give us a call at (+65) 6258 9203 with your Order ID in order for us to check your delivery status with our courier service provider.

International Customers:

Shipping charges will be calculated after you have selected your items you would like to purchase and entered your delivery address; before carting out; charges are calculated by weight and delivery location. All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express.

GST, Taxes & Duties: International customers may be charged with import duties. Kindly note that Lionesse Singapore will not be held responsible for any taxes and duties by the custom in your country. These charges will be borne by the recipient of the parcel.
